Managing pain is an effective strategy when you set up regular times to stay on top with a simple exercise. It helped me with an injured shoulder when a huge wave dumped me on my shoulder while swimming. I preferred not to take pain killers and kept up a regular “self hypnosis” practice and it worked far better than i expected.
